Working with the Linux Kernel for Arm Processors

The kernel support for the Arm architecture has come a long way over the past ten years, from supporting only small embedded devices with custom kernel builds to today's work where a single kernel can work across platforms from over 40 manufacturers and spanning from highly integrated devices to large scale-out servers.
As a kernel maintainer, I see all the platform specific kernel changes for all of these platforms, as I review and integrate support into the mainline kernel.
In this session I talk about the important shifts that I have seen over this time, and how I expect the kernel and the Arm Linux ecosystem to continue to change in the future.
